Course OverviewThis course has been designed to develop managers' skill and confidence in managing the performance of the individuals in their team so that they get the best from them. By the end of the course delegates will have the knowledge to set clear individual objectives; monitor and review progress with staff and agree required levels of performance; give effective feedback to enhance performance; skilfully manage under performance issues Delegates RequirementsDelegates must be in a people management role or due to take up a people management role imminently. Delegates will be required to take part in group discussions, role play and individual exercises to develop their skills Who Should AttendThis course is suitable for al people managers who are new to managing others and those who have little or no formal management development in this area.
