Course Overview

This course is designed to offer delegates a structured and practical approach to interviewing  This introduction will enable delegates to plan the interview and effectively conduct recruitment interviews.

 

Delegates Requirements

Delegates will be required to take part in group discussions, role play and individual exercises to develop their skills. They will also be offered the opportunity to have an interview they conduct video recorded to enable the delegate to critically analyze their performance.
