Course OverviewThis work-shop is designed to offer delegates a structured and practical approach to dealing with a range of problems encountered both within and outside the working environment which have an impact on individual wellbeing and performance. This introduction also allows the delegates the opportunity to practice some of these skills within a safe environment. Delegates RequirementsThis workshop is highly practical. Delegates will be required to take part in group discussions, role play and individual exercises to develop their skills.
