Course OverviewThis course has been designed to increase the likelihood of success for new supervisors, team leaders, program managers, and coordinators in their changing roles as new leaders. Based on contemporary models of leadership and role transition, this course builds the knowledge and skills proven to enable effectiveness in any leadership role, regardless of job title. Delegates will be given the tools to develop self-awareness, confidence, interpersonal effectiveness, and a framework for leading others that will enable new and aspiring leaders to make the shift from individual contributor to leader of people and processes.
Delegates RequirementsDelegates will be required to take part in role-play using techniques.
