This ½ day session is designed to introduce the changes that have been made to Microsoft Outlook as a result of the introduction of Outlook 2010. The sessions will also introduce you to some of the new features and will help you locate those features that may have changed location, function differently or have been renamed.

As this is an upgrade course delegates must be familiar with Microsoft Outlook 2003
