Course Venue
Many of our scheduled courses are trained at Romsey Golf
Club.
This relaxing venue has proved popular with our delegates
 as it is easy to get to, has plenty of free parking and provides
a warm and friendly atmosphere which is conducive to learning.

Course Times
All courses start at 09:30 hours and finish at 16:30 hours
unless alternative arrangements are agreed
Lunch
Lunch and refreshments are provided for all full day courses
taken at our training venue.
Pre-course Questionnaires
Pre-course questionnaires are available for all of our IT
courses, these are used to determine present level of the
delegate so that we can advise on the appropriate training.
Every reasonable effort is made to ensure that delegates are
on the right course for their needs. However, if a delegate has
attended a course which is not suitable for them, we will
discuss this with the delegate and the person who has booked the course at the
earliest possible time. We believe it is in the delegates best
interest to train at a level suitable for them. If a
delegate does need to be re-scheduled for this reason, no extra
charge will be made.
Feed back Forms
These are provided for all of our courses, we take all
comments seriously and we use these to improve our training and
facilities.
Free Unlimited Support
We offer free unlimited support to all delegates following
completion of their training. This service is available for all
modules trained during the course and enables delegates to feel
confident about trying out their new skills knowing that they
have a point of contact should they require it.
